Understanding Resort Tiers at Walt Disney World

This one will be fairly quick, but often we get the question:  Does it matter what resort we pick?

The answer there is: YES!

You have to consider a few things when you pick your resort, as they will determine which one is right for you?

Budget:  I know, it seems to always come back to that, but you’ll find a pretty big spread of prices when you pick your resort.

5 Reasons to Start Your Vacation at Magic Kingdom

Whether you have children or not, Magic Kingdom in absolutely the first place you begin your Disney vacation.  It is quintessentially Disney and really does evoke that feeling of being on vacation.

There is something truly magical about a visit to this park and it continues to surprise and delight.  Of all the parks, it is the most kid-friendly and does have the closest connection to the classic Disney characters and settings from their animated films.

Walt Disney World is a tribute to the philosophy and life of Walter Elias Disney… and to the talents, the dedication, and the loyalty of the entire Disney organization that made Walt Disney’s dream come true. May Walt Disney World bring Joy and Inspiration and New Knowledge to all who come to this happy place … a Magic Kingdom where the young at heart of all ages can laugh and play and learn — together.

I am a super fan of Walt Disney World.  I am a believer in the vision of Walt Disney.  I wanted to share my views, ideas, thoughts, and musings about all things Disney, so here we are.

Just a bit about me.  I am a 25 year veteran of restaurants and retail.  I am a professional chef turned Food and Beverage Executive, Star Wars fan, Bourbon lover, and published author.  I love to write and tweet about all things Customer service, food, and Disney.
